Photo usage guidelines

Images supplied by the Yakutsk International Film Festival press office are intended for media coverage of the festival.

Images in the Press photos section may be used free of charge in news, reports, interviews and other editorial coverage of the Yakutsk International Film Festival, including media websites and editorial social media accounts.

Every publication must include the credit: “Photo: Yakutsk International Film Festival press office — https://yktfilmfest.org/”. If a photographer is named in the caption or original file metadata, also credit that photographer. Online publications should include a clickable link to the official festival website.

Use the images in the context of the festival. Resizing and reasonable cropping for layout are permitted provided they do not distort the meaning of the photograph. Do not remove credits, create misleading images or captions, or attribute actions or statements to people that did not occur.

Advertising, merchandising, resale, distribution through stock image services and other uses unrelated to editorial coverage require separate written permission from the rights holder. Downloading a file does not transfer copyright ownership.

Copyright remains with the respective rights holders. Please observe any additional usage conditions or credit information supplied with an individual photograph.
